What do Sunday afternoons look like around your home?

Whit is writing a song called Sunday Afternoon. It conveys the epitome of a chill Sunday afternoon, peaceful and without pressure, yet purposeful. It’s the first song he’s composed, and if I do say so myself, it’s REALLY good. Very Debussy-esque (my favorite!!). I have been so impressed at the ability and skill he’s gained with playing piano, guitar, and composing in the past couple of years. He’s amazing – so determined to get improve, he practices all the time. I’m so proud of him.

My favorite thing to do on a Sunday is to snack on some chips when I come home from church, eat a quick something or other, lounge around on the couch in the living room, reading or checking out unimportant things on the internet. I like to cook something for dinner, and then watch a tv show, look at more internet things, and go to bed relatively early. Hopefully a nap is in there somewhere, as well!
