It’s the end of January beginning of February, so what? This is the first chance I’ve had to think about doing such a thing. Here is a brief recap of my 2014 highlights.
Warning: This is a ridiculously long post. Even for Sydnis.

Immediately after I got back, I drove to Blacksburg to try to get a leg up with professors in my department – apparently it worked!!
My parents and brother/sister-in-law came up to spend Christmas with us. It was so fun having Christmas in my own home!!
We ventured to NYC for two days. I ate a lot of gluten-free donuts. Mmm.
We pulled off RADIATE2014; Tela glamorously came with us. We went to museums and I got to hang out with my good friend Laura
Rang in the New Year watching Phish on the bed in the Marriott, as usual. It’s a great tradition after a long week. There was a lot of dancing.
